How Clubia Select invitations work
Who can discover a Select profile, how city scope works, and what happens after an invitation.
Who can see an eligible profile
Only the member, Clubia staff, and approved promoters with the required territorial scope can access the relevant profile. Promoters see profiles that are selected, visible, and accepting invitations.
Working cities and country expansion
A promoter starts with the cities where they work. They may deliberately expand the directory to other canonical cities in the same countries—for example, inviting Madrid members to a Marbella event—without receiving global access.
Responding to an invitation
An invitation records its conditions and expiry. Accepting reserves capacity when available or places you on the waitlist. Declining closes only that invitation.
