1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Clubia platform (the Service), available at clubia.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Clubia is a global nightlife discovery platform that connects members with nightclubs, promoters, guestlists, VIP tables, promotions, and curated experiences. Clubia provides a marketplace and directory but does not directly operate clubs or events.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract protected data
5. Clubia Select
Clubia Select is a free, optional, curated profile that can receive invitations from authorized promoters. Applications remain under consideration unless access is activated. Selection, visibility, and benefits are subject to availability and may vary by location.
6. Promoter Accounts
Promoters who register on Clubia represent that they have authority to act for the venues or events they manage. Promoters are responsible for accurate listings and for honoring guestlist, invitation, and VIP table commitments.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, text, and software, is owned by Clubia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written consent.
8. User Content
By uploading photos, profile information, or other content, you grant Clubia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Clubia connects members with nightlife venues and promoters. Clubia is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events, venues, or promoter services. The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms or for another legitimate operational reason. You may request account deletion at any time through Clubia support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
