Use messages and conversation controls

Coordinate a real Clubia relationship without replacing requests, offers, or RSVPs.

What messages are for

Messaging is for logistics and clarification after a relationship exists. Request and campaign conversations include their product context and link back to the club or plan.

Available controls

  • Reply to a specific message.
  • Edit or soft-delete your own message.
  • Retry a failed send without duplicating it.
  • Mark unread, pin, mute, archive, restore, block, unblock, or report.

Translate a conversation

Use the language control in the conversation header to translate incoming messages automatically into your current Clubia language. You can also translate one received message from its actions.

A translated bubble is labelled and always lets you view the untouched original. Translation does not edit what the sender wrote, affect structured plan conditions, or delay sending your own messages.

Delivery and email

A saved message remains valid even if realtime or email delivery fails. Consecutive messages are grouped so the recipient is not emailed for every message, and muted conversations suppress message email.
