Block, report, and stay safe
Use conversation safety controls and contact Clubia when a listing, request, or interaction looks wrong.
Conversation controls
You can block the other participant from a conversation and later unblock them. Blocking prevents normal messaging between the two accounts. Reporting sends the relevant context to Clubia for review.
Report operational problems
- A club or external contact is outdated or incorrectly associated.
- A promotion or offer differs from the structured conditions.
- Someone asks you to ignore Clubia confirmation or safety controls.
- A message is abusive, deceptive, or unrelated to the Clubia relationship.
Protect your account
Do not share passwords or sign-in codes. Check the exact club, date, currency, amount, payment destination, and conditions before acting on a table offer or external link.
