Create a professional profile, propose your cities and clubs, and understand approval.
Use the same account
Promoter work is an additional mode on your Clubia account, not a replacement for your personal experience. Once the professional profile exists, switch modes from the account menu.
What onboarding collects
- Professional and public profile details.
- Contact preferences and operating cities.
- At least one profile photo.
- The clubs where you currently work.
Approval is not automatic
Onboarding creates a pending promoter profile and pending club relationships. Clubia staff review the profile and grant capabilities per club. A requested relationship does not authorize requests, promotions, tables, or Select access by itself.
Missing clubs
If a venue is not in the directory, submit a missing-club request. Clubia can add and verify the catalog record before activating your relationship.
