Use one workspace for guestlists, invitations, experiences, and confirmed table plans.
What appears in My plans
- Guestlist and access participations.
- Invitations and their RSVP status.
- Experience itineraries in stop order.
- Table requests and their current confirmation state.
Capacity and waitlists
Capacity counts people, not just applications. If accepting would exceed capacity, Clubia can place you on a waitlist. When a confirmed participant cancels, the earliest eligible waitlisted participation can be promoted automatically.
Keep structured state current
Accept, decline, or cancel from the relevant plan action. Telling someone in chat does not replace the RSVP or cancellation action.
