Three contact types

• Promoter on Clubia: an approved account with an active relationship to that club.
• Clubia Official: the operations fallback when Clubia can help route or clarify a request.
• External contact: a public professional profile curated from external sources who has not yet claimed a Clubia account.

Why contact information is protected

Public pages can show the professional, services, confidence, and associated clubs without exposing a handle, phone number, email, or outbound link. You must sign in and request one contact channel, which helps prevent bulk scraping and records useful attribution.

Check the label and evidence

An external contact is not the same as a Clubia-approved promoter. Check when the listing was verified and report outdated information through support.
